Lead Twos Teacher

The lead teacher is responsible for creating and implementing lessons that support age-Appropriate academic and values curricula in a loving and safe environment, utilizing observations and assessments to individualize learning experiences. This role also involves leading classroom management, coordinating with the teaching team, and fostering a positive parent partnership.

Candidates must meet maryland state requirements, including being at least 19 years old with a high school diploma, and possessing specific certifications like the 90-Hour preschool teacher certification, 9-Hour communication course, and basic health and safety training. Experience in early childhood or montessori settings is preferred.
