Via - 4th Grade

The elementary teacher will lead instruction and training for scholars in their assigned grade level, working closely with parents and administration to ensure academic success and character development. Essential duties include developing and implementing daily instruction plans, employing differentiated strategies, and conducting interim assessments.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree or higher, strong instructional and classroom management skills, and a valid wisconsin teaching credential or willingness to obtain one. A minimum of 1-3 years of teaching experience is required, with preference given to those with urban experience.
