Via - K5 or 2nd Grade

The elementary teacher is responsible for leading instruction and training scholars in their assigned grade level, developing and implementing daily instruction plans aligned with organizational goals. This role also involves conducting interim assessments, tracking student progress, and ensuring academic success and character development.

Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree or higher, strong instructional and classroom management skills, and a valid wisconsin teaching credential or willingness to obtain one. A minimum of 1-3 years of teaching experience is required, with preference for urban experience, along with proficiency in microsoft office suite and school teaching platforms.
