Core responsibilities
As an overnight youth care worker, you will be responsible for providing safety and around-The-Clock supervision for the youth in the residential program while maintaining a supportive atmosphere for student needs. This awake night position also involves monitoring and documenting student behaviors overnight and collaborating with professional staff to meet individual treatment plan goals.
Requirements summary
Candidates must be at least 21 years of age and possess a minimum of two years of post-High school education and two years of experience working with youth. Successful applicants must also pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical examination, and a search of the child abuse central registry.
