Youth Care Worker

The youth care worker will ensure safety and provide around-The-Clock supervision for residents while fostering an environment that supports student needs. Responsibilities include monitoring and documenting behaviors, assisting with activities, and collaborating with staff to meet student treatment goals.

Candidates must be at least 21 years old and possess a minimum of two years of post-High school education and two years of experience working with youth. Applicants must also pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical exam, and tb test.
