Residential Coach (3rd)

The residential coach provides direct supervision, daily care, and support services for adolescent females involved in the program, implementing treatment through dialectical behavior therapy (Dbt). Responsibilities include facilitating skill development groups, maintaining a safe and gender-Specific program culture, and documenting daily activities and progress.

Candidates should ideally possess an associate’s degree in a human service field with six months of experience, or a minimum of two years of professional human services experience in lieu of a degree. Applicants must be familiar with trauma-Informed and strength-Based approaches and capable of working effectively with challenging youth and families.
