Fill-in Sub Direct Care Counselor

The direct care counselor provides direct care services to children in congregate care, working as part of an inter-Disciplinary treatment team to ensure their safety and well-Being. Responsibilities include supervising youth, administering medication, facilitating therapeutic interventions, and assisting with daily care and life skill development activities.

Candidates must possess an associate's degree with related experience preferred, or a high school diploma and two years of related experience, along with exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. A valid driver's license is required for transporting youth.
