Residential Coach (2nd)

The residential coach provides direct supervision, daily care, and support services for girls and their families involved with the program. Responsibilities include facilitating skills development groups, maintaining a safe environment, and documenting daily activities.

An associate’s degree in human services or a related field is preferred, along with at least six months of relevant experience. Candidates must be familiar with trauma-Informed approaches and able to work with challenging youth and families.
