Paraprofessional-Northwest Village School

A paraprofessional assists teachers and other professionals in delivering instruction and related services to students, working under direct supervision to implement plans and maintain supportive learning environments. Key duties include carrying out team decisions, organizing learning resources, engaging students, and assisting with data collection and record maintenance.

Candidates must possess an associate's degree or higher, or have one year of experience working with children, along with appropriate ct state department of education endorsement within one year of hire. Experience working with youth is mandatory for this role.
