The senior counselor will assess clients, develop treatment plans, and work with young adults (Ages 17-21) on securing housing, employment, education, and developing independent living skills. Responsibilities also include providing individual, group, and/Or family counseling, coordinating care with service providers, and maintaining required documentation.

Requirements summary

A bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field is required, along with experience working with young adults and at-Risk youth. Candidates must be bilingual in english and spanish, possess strong verbal and written communication skills, and have a valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
