Residential Coach, Per Diem

The residential coach provides direct supervision, daily care, and support services for adolescent females in a residential setting, implementing the program's therapeutic model, which includes facilitating skills development groups and monitoring behavior motivation systems. Responsibilities also involve ensuring medication compliance, responding to crises, and transporting youth to scheduled appointments while maintaining a safe and supportive program culture.

Candidates must have a high school education, though an associate's degree in a human service field is preferred along with six months of experience, or two years of professional human services experience in lieu of a degree. Familiarity with gender-Responsive, relational, strengths-Based, and trauma-Informed approaches is required, as is the ability to work with challenging youth and families.
