Afterschool Teachers Aide - Woodside Y-Kids

Assistant teachers support daily site operations by providing high-Quality, responsive care to children in an inclusive setting, assisting in planning and implementing curriculum, and ensuring program goals are met. Essential duties include caring for children's health and well-Being, administering discipline, maintaining communication with families and staff, and ensuring licensing standards are met.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and be at least 18 years of age, with pre-Employment health screening and background clearance required. While one year of early childhood classroom experience is preferred, new hires must enroll in early childhood education units until 12 units are completed.
