Afterschool Teacher - Woodside Y-Kids

Staff will facilitate educational and recreational opportunities, including physical activities and healthy snacks, while implementing program curriculum and reinforcing ymca values like honesty, respect, responsibility, and caring. Essential functions include planning and implementing curriculum, ensuring child health and well-Being, providing appropriate discipline, and maintaining clear communication with parents and staff.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with an aa or bachelor's degree preferred, and meet ca state licensing requirements including 12 ece units. A minimum of one year of experience in a professional child care or school-Aged program is required, along with being at least 18 years old and possessing current pediatric first aid and cpr certifications.
