Teen Coordinator

The teen coordinator is responsible for planning, developing, and implementing high-Impact teen programs and activities while building collaborative partnerships with community organizations. Key duties include managing teen recruitment and retention efforts, fostering a safe and inclusive environment, and ensuring program quality through evaluations and reporting.

The role requires developing strong connections with teens, creating engaging and inclusive programming, and providing tangible support for their future goals. Preferred qualifications include one year of childcare experience and a high school diploma or equivalent.
