Core responsibilities
Therapists provide nurturing parent program (Npp) and/Or child-Parent psychotherapy (Cpp) interventions to parents and children involved in the illinois child welfare system, delivering individual, family, and group services in various community settings. Responsibilities also include coordinating services with other providers, developing referral plans, and completing thorough documentation using a web-Based platform.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related clinical field. Licensed candidates require current illinois clinical licensure (Lcsw, lcpc, lmft), while unlicensed candidates must be eligible for licensure and obtain it within 36 months of employment.
