Family Services Case Manager

The family services case manager provides counseling and support to tenants and their children, ensuring their basic needs are met and facilitating community activities. They also manage individual family service plans and work cooperatively with property management staff.

A bachelor’s degree is preferred, along with knowledge of substance abuse issues and community resources. The candidate should possess excellent organizational and communication skills and the ability to work independently.
