Youth Care Worker (Swing Sunday - Wednesday)

The youth care worker ensures the safety and well-Being of unaccompanied children in a shelter by providing continuous supervision and implementing trauma-Informed care practices. They assist with documentation, behavior support, and program activities while fostering a structured and nurturing environment.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for an aa or ba/Bs degree. A minimum of 1 year of experience in the child welfare field and bilingual proficiency in english and spanish are required.
