Youth Care Worker (Morning Sunday-Wednesday)

The youth care worker ensures the safety and well-Being of unaccompanied children in a residential shelter by providing continuous supervision and implementing trauma-Informed care practices. They assist with documentation, behavior support, and program activities while fostering a structured and nurturing environment.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for an aa or ba/Bs degree, and at least one year of experience in the child welfare field. Bilingual proficiency in english and spanish is required, along with successful completion of background checks and specific training.
