Youth Care Worker (Swing Wednesday - Saturday)

The youth care worker ensures the safety and well-Being of unaccompanied children in a shelter by providing continuous supervision and implementing trauma-Informed care practices. They assist with documentation, behavior support, and engage youth in structured activities while fostering a nurturing environment.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for an aa or ba/Bs degree. They should also have at least one year of experience in the child welfare field and be bilingual in english and spanish.
