Provide high-quality, individualized small-group instruction for students with disabilities, as outlined in their Individualized Education Service Programs (IESP) Ensure fulfillment of each individual student's weekly IESP mandates and keep an intervention schedule coordinated with the school schedule. Develop and submit quarterly progress reports and maintain regular family communication with updates on progress and upcoming steps. Record service delivery and student performance in Knowledge Road's system with precise and timely documentation. Create and execute engaging and effective lesson plans that meet the unique academic, social, and emotional needs of each individual student. Work with parents, teachers, and other school staff to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment for students.
