Responsibilities include finding engaging ways to help children learn while building self-Esteem, implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum, and conducting weekly child observations. The role also requires maintaining accurate daily records, communicating effectively with parents, and attending monthly team planning meetings.

Candidates must have achieved a degree from an accredited college or university in an education or human services related field and possess over two years of verified child care experience, totaling 2500 hours. A passion for working with children in a fun, diverse environment and the ability to pass all relevant clearances are also necessary.
