Youth Mentor - Before/After School Enrichment - Full Time

Responsibilities include finding engaging ways to help children learn while maintaining control and building self-Esteem, implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum, and conducting weekly child observations. The role also requires effective and timely communication with parents while maintaining confidentiality.

Candidates must have achieved a degree from an accredited college or university in an education or human services related field, along with a minimum of two years (2500 hours) of verified childcare experience. Applicants must also be passionate about working with children and capable of passing all relevant clearances.
