Bilingual Student Support Counselor (Spanish Required/ Mixtec Preferred) - Santa Maria, CA - Immediate Start

The primary function of this role is crisis response, involving providing crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety planning for students referred during moments of acute need. Additionally, the counselor will deliver individual and group counseling, develop short-Term intervention plans, and collaborate with school staff and external agencies.

Candidates must possess a master's degree in a relevant mental health field and maintain active registration with the california bbs (E.g., amft, lcsw, lpcc). Preferred qualifications include 2+ years of experience working with youth experiencing trauma and prior experience in school-Based crisis management.
