Family Service Advocate

The family service advocate is responsible for recruiting children, conducting parent orientations, performing home visits, and referring parents to community resources and social services agencies. This role also involves creating and maintaining accurate child/Family files and referral records while partnering with families using a strength-Based approach.

Minimum requirements include a high school diploma plus one year of experience serving low-Income children/Families or twelve college units in a related field plus relevant casework experience. Candidates must possess a current valid california driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to speak, read, and write fluent spanish is required.
