Afterschool enrichment leader

The afterschool enrichment leader assists in planning, supervising, and implementing childcare programs according to california department of education guidelines, ensuring quality care for up to 20 children. Responsibilities include guiding behavior positively, carrying out activities, ensuring hepa standards are met, and managing program setup and cleanup.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent, and must meet specific educational requirements: Either 48 college units, an associate’s degree, or passing the district paraeducator exam. A minimum of one year of childcare experience is required, along with obtaining a criminal record clearance and a negative tb test before starting.
