Certified Wellness Coach - San Marcos, CA

The certified wellness coach will deliver low-Intensity tier 1 and tier 2 support, including direct student coaching, small group facilitation, and immediate de-Escalation for students experiencing distress. This role also involves managing student caseloads, making appropriate referrals, and collaborating with school staff and families for comprehensive care coordination.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Social work, psychology, counseling) and hold an active california certified wellness coach certification. A minimum of two years of experience working with children and adolescents (Ages 5-18) in a school or community setting is required.
