Bilingual Student Support Counselor (Spanish Required/ Mixtec Preferred) - Santa Maria, CA - Immediate Start

The primary function of this role is crisis response, involving providing crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety planning for students referred during acute need. Additionally, the counselor will deliver individual and group counseling, develop short-Term intervention plans, and collaborate with school staff and external agencies.

Candidates must possess a master's degree in a relevant field (Psychology, social work, counseling) and hold current registration in good standing with the california bbs (Amft, acsw, apcc, lmft, lcsw, or lpcc). Experience working with youth experiencing trauma and in school-Based crisis management is preferred, and spanish proficiency is required.
