Job description
- Overview The mission of Boston Centers for Youth and Families is to enhance the quality of life for Boston residents by partnering with various organizations to offer a wide range of comprehensive programs and activities that meet the needs and interests of each neighborhood. Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide front desk coverage, including answering phones, greeting members, and ensuring all visitors sign in the daily attendance book. - Enter all participating members into the Perfect Mind system daily. - Answer questions about current programming and assist members with directions to various areas of the building, if needed. - Sanitize the front desk area, including door handles, the telephone, desk, and chair.
