Family Engagement Specialist

The family engagement specialist will be responsible for facilitating family meetings and providing in-Home support to strengthen families, coaching parents on safe and nurturing time with their children in dcf custody. This role also involves contacting extended family members to explore support options and create genograms.

Candidates should ideally possess a bachelor's degree in human services or a related field and two years of human services experience, though these are preferred. A valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable insured vehicle, and the ability to pass a background check are required.
