Summer Camp Counselor, Bellevue

Summer camp counselors, referred to as team leaders, are responsible for guiding groups of 15+ campers weekly, ensuring their physical and emotional safety while fostering a supportive and engaging environment. They collaborate with instructors to deliver the project-Based curriculum and support all daily camp activities, including ceremonies and extended care.

Candidates must have experience supervising groups of 10+ children, with at least one year in a related field like summer camp, childcare, or tutoring, and must be at least 18 years old by may 1st, 2026. The role requires availability for full-Time monday-Friday shifts for a minimum of four continuous weeks during camp operation.
