Behavior Technician

The behavior technician will teach and nurture behavioral, social, communication, and daily living skills to children with autism in a 1:1 setting, following treatment plans developed by bcbas. Responsibilities also include accurately recording progress in the data collection system and assisting with break times and workplace organization.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with reliable transportation and consistent availability from monday through saturday, with mid-Afternoon to evening availability preferred. While rbt/Cbt certification is preferred, it must be obtained within 60 days of employment, and a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
