BCBA (Board Certified Behavioral Analyst)

As a bcba, the role involves leading aba programming and supporting client progress through individualized treatment plans. Responsibilities also include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, creating and adjusting behavior intervention plans, and supervising aba staff.

Candidates must possess active bcba certification along with applicable new jersey licensure to be considered for this position. Strong applied aba experience, proficiency in treatment planning, goal development, and the ability to effectively supervise clinical teams are also required.
