Caliday Lead School Age Teacher - Joppa - Afternoon Shift

The lead school age teacher assists the program director in operating before and after care programs for school-Age children, ensuring the caliday mission, vision, and values are upheld while providing a safe and learning environment. Essential functions include managing the program space for compliance, implementing age-Appropriate activities from the curriculum, and providing support and direction to the teacher assistant.

Candidates should ideally possess an associate's or bachelor's degree in a relevant field like elementary education or child development, or equivalent clock hours in specific training areas. Required experience includes 400 hours working with school-Age children professionally, along with certifications in cpr, first aid, basic health and safety, and ada training.
