Special Education Social Worker II (Fairmount Campus Lower/Middle School) Hiring Incentive Available

The social worker ii provides clinical social work services, including assessment and therapy, to students and their families while developing and implementing mental health individual education program (Iep) goals. This role also involves serving as a training model for trainees and actively participating in interdisciplinary school committees.

Candidates must possess a master’s degree from an accredited school of social work and maintain both a licensed master social worker (Lmsw) license from maryland and an educator license as a school social worker. Required experience includes previous clinical work providing services to children and adolescents with developmental, learning, and/Or emotional disabilities.
