Direct Support Professional (DSP)

The role involves providing individualized support, either focusing on health/Safety supervision and adl assistance (Personal attendant) or teaching functional living skills, community engagement, and vocational exploration (Skills instructor). Responsibilities include maintaining compliance through daily logs and participating in necessary meetings.

Candidates need 0-3 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and must be able to maintain professional relationships and follow established care plans. Employment is contingent upon passing a background check and maintaining valid cpr/First aid certification and a california driver's license if transportation is required.
