School Based Instructional Aide

The therapeutic aide will work with clients in a school setting to implement behavior principles aimed at increasing coping and pro-Social skills while decreasing unsafe or disruptive behavior using trauma-Informed methods. Responsibilities also include observing client skills, collecting data for program assessment, and collaborating with school personnel and caregivers on behavior management strategies.

Candidates must possess at least a high school diploma and have previous professional experience working with children. A bachelor's degree in behavioral science is preferred, and specific experience with children with autism, intellectual or developmental disabilities, or aba experience is considered a plus.
