Residential Specialist - Assessment & Diagnostic Program - Weekends (PT or PRN)

The residential specialist is responsible for acting as a positive role model for children and adolescents in a structured therapeutic placement due to behavioral, emotional, or developmental needs. This role involves contributing to the formulation and implementation of resident treatment plans and developing socially effective values, attitudes, and behaviors within residents through role modeling.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or g.e.d. With a minimum of six months of experience working with children, or an associate's degree with at least three months of experience, or a bachelor's degree in a virginia department of health profession's approved human service degree.
