Child Care Teacher

Teachers are responsible for designing and implementing interactive, age-Appropriate activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional growth while fostering a warm and consistent classroom routine for toddlers. Additionally, they must build positive partnerships with families through open communication and work collaboratively with co-Teachers and school leaders.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and meet educational requirements, which include completing 12 core ece units (With 3 infant/Toddler units) or holding an awarded cda in infant toddler or preschool, plus having 6 months of teaching experience. A nurturing personality, patience, flexibility, a genuine love for working with babies, and authorization to work in the united states are also mandatory.
