Candidates must be at least 18 years old and meet educational requirements, such as completing 12 core ece units including 3 infant/Toddler units, or holding an awarded cda in infant toddler. A minimum of 6 months of teaching experience in a licensed center and authorization to work in the us are also required, alongside a nurturing personality.
