The behavior technician manages daily logistics, including client coordination, overseeing program delivery to ensure high standards of care, and supervising client activities. This role also involves maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and providing operational support.

Candidates must have a minimum of a high school diploma, with a bachelor's degree preferred, and at least one year of experience working with children in a therapeutic setting. A valid driver's license with a clean record and rbt certification are also preferred.
