Youth Care Professional I-Snell Maple View

The youth care professional i supports daily resident functioning by delivering relationship-Based, competence-Centered, and trauma-Informed solutions to promote growth and independence. Key duties include engaging youth, maintaining safety ratios, providing support services like mentoring and life skills training, and executing activities and transportation.

A high school diploma or ged is required, along with cpr certification (Or obtained within 60 days of hire) and demonstrated emotional competence and judgment in building relationships and implementing routines. A valid nys driver’s license with a clean record is preferred.
