Youth Care Professional I- Flex-Snell Farm

The youth care professional i supports the day-To-Day functioning of residents and helps create a warm and safe atmosphere. They engage youth and families in trust-Based relationships and provide support services such as mentoring and life skills training.

A high school diploma or ged is required, along with cpr certification within 60 days of hire. Candidates should have an unrestricted, valid nys driver’s license and demonstrate emotional competence and good judgment.
