Assistant Teacher

The assistant teacher will help implement the classroom curriculum, adapting it to individual child needs, while maintaining a safe and nurturing environment for exploration and learning. Responsibilities also include supporting child development through structured activities, positive guidance, and collaborating with the lead teacher on routines and parent communication.

A high school diploma or ged is required, with coursework or a degree in early childhood education preferred, as is a child development associate (Cda). Candidates must be able to engage physically with children, lift 30-40 pounds, and possess strong communication and organizational skills.
