Professional Development Practitioner

The professional development practitioner educator functions as a learning facilitator, change agent, and mentor, coordinating the planning, development, design, implementation, and evaluation of staff education outcomes. This role enhances professional practice, supports career growth, and verifies team members are clinically competent to function independently in their assigned pediatric units.

Candidates must be a graduate from an approved school of nursing with a bachelor of science in nursing degree and hold current registered nurse licensure in florida. A minimum of three years of related clinical experience is required, along with obtaining national specialty certification in the area of practice within two years of hire.
