Learning Consultant

This role involves planning, developing, coordinating, facilitating, and evaluating general and specialty-Specific learning resources to enhance the clinical and educational competence of team members across the organization. Key duties include developing educational programs, administering competency reviews, and ensuring adult learning principles are integrated into all training materials.

Candidates must possess a bachelor of science in nursing (Bsn) degree or equivalent in education or a related field, along with an active registered nurse license in florida and current bls/Healthcare provider certification. Required experience includes five years in acute care hospital clinical settings (Three years in a specialty area) and one year in an education role.
