Professional Development Practitioner - Day - Full Time - PCU Level Educator - Health Central

This role functions as a learning facilitator, change agent, and mentor, coordinating the planning, development, design, implementation, and evaluation of staff education outcomes. Responsibilities include conducting needs assessments, developing educational plans, coordinating orientation, implementing programs to enhance staff competence, and verifying clinical proficiency.

Candidates must be graduates from an approved school of nursing with a bachelor of science in nursing degree and hold current registered nurse licensure in florida. A minimum of three years of related clinical experience, specifically including pcu experience, is required, along with obtaining national specialty certification within two years if applicable.
