Nurse Practitioner (Per-Diem), Health Services

The per diem nurse practitioner provides preventive, episodic, and ongoing healthcare to students, including evaluating and treating acute conditions, managing chronic health issues, and coordinating specialist referrals. Responsibilities also include supporting summer programs with onsite medical care, medication oversight, and maintaining accurate health records.

Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing with an msn and possess 3–5 years of clinical experience as a family, women’s health, or adult nurse practitioner. Required credentials include national np certification, massachusetts and federal prescribing authorization, and cpr certification, along with knowledge of state immunization laws.
