Professional Development Specialist

The professional development specialist is responsible for developing and delivering professional development and technical assistance to staff and the early education community, including coordinating access to health and safety courses like first aid and cpr. This role also involves supporting early childhood educators pursuing their child development associate (Cda) credential through coursework and mentorship.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a related field, along with a minimum of three years of experience in early childhood education. High computer proficiency and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are required, with bilingual fluency in english and spanish being strongly preferred.
