The teacher is responsible for creating a safe and nurturing learning environment, developing and implementing educational plans to foster social, intellectual, physical, and emotional development in children, and ensuring they are school-Ready. This role involves active supervision, guiding behavior positively, planning developmentally appropriate activities, and cooperating with staff and families.

Candidates must possess an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in child development or early childhood education, or equivalent coursework, with two years of experience working with preschool children preferred. Essential personal qualifications include emotional maturity, flexibility, patience, respect for children and adults, and the ability to work independently while leading team members.
