Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The registered behavior technician will conduct one-On-One aba therapy sessions for early learners and young adults with autism in home or community settings, implementing individualized treatment plans. Responsibilities also include participating in bcba trainings, team meetings, client observations, parent training, and maintaining required supervision.

Candidates should ideally have 6 months of aba therapist experience or 1 year working with children with disabilities/Autism, possess a high school degree, and have a reliable car and driver's license for client commuting. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 35lbs and perform activities involving bending, squatting, and kneeling.
